Course Overview
This course provides an understanding of how the evolution program uses behaviors to motivate all players in the program. It’s recommended that every member of your team takes this course so that they understand the key concepts of the rewards system and how evolution uniquely develops key behaviors in young players, this includes coaches, assistants and front of house staff.
You will find it useful to take notes and refer to the Court Warrior Manual which is available in the Downloads section of the website.
Learning Outcomes
At the end this course you should
- Understand why rewarding behaviors over outcomes provides players with a more motivational environment
- Understand the four key behaviors that we are looking for
- Understand how to use the available resources to create a system and environment at the club
- Be able to explain this approach to parents and other interested parties
